In Loving Memory
By Ashley Inman

In loving memory of Bobby Ray Bellah
June 08, 1984 - January 13, 2000

You left without warning.

Some say it was noon that day,
others say early that morning.

Whatever the time, you still died.

It was because of a dumb habit
you susposedly quit, but lied.

We are hurt because you lied,
but mostly just because we lost you.

When we heard, we couldn't believe it was you,
and most of us didn't know what to do.

We miss you so much that we ache.

We weren't sure how much
more pain we could take.

We are slowly beginning to heal.

It is hard, none of us could
ever explain how we feel.

You needed your dad, and he needed you.
Therefore, you did what you had to do.

We are glad that you are in a better place,
But any one of us would give anything just to see your face.

On January 13, an angel was sent down,
The angel came, told you it was your time,
and set on your head, that golden crown.

You are watching over us now
with a smile on your face.
We surely know that a 15-year-old
can have a lot of fun in such a
beautiful place.

We want you to know that we will
always keep your name around.
The tears roll silently down,
showing all of the pain,
yet making no sound.

Anytime that you need us, we are here.
Dont think that we aren't, forget that fear.

We wish that we could tell you
that we miss you.
We can in our dreams,
and believe me, we do.

We also wish that we had the
chance to look you in the eye,
And say 'I love you and goodbye.'
