On This Day of Sad Goodbyes

On this day of sad goodbyes,
I wish to say to you:
Make the most of every day,
And everything you do.

Before you even know it,
These days will all go by.
Your sad day will soon arrive,
And you will want to cry.

So while you still have the time
To stop and say hello,
Take advantage of it.
What fate will bring, you never know.

Always treasure the memories,
The spirit that never dies.
This is what I say to you
On this day of sad goodbyes.
