True Friends

What exactly is a friend?
To me they are someone who has a heart to lend.
They stick by you through thick and thin,
Whether you lose or you win.
When all you want is to run and hide,
Your true friend will be by your side.
They listen to all your problems,
And if they could, help you solve them.
If you feel like just goin' away,
A true friend will know exactly what to say.
As you look back on your life you will learn one true fact:
Your true friend will do anything but stab you in the back.
