Let Me Go
By Jennifer Moore
(Contact: jcmcleo14@hotmail.com)

I'm sure of all the pain and agony
As sure as the birds will fly in June
The sun never shines in my presence
And the dreary clouds cover the moon

The air is always heavy and thick
Wrapping around my neck so tight
Taking me through an horrible abyss
As from me fades the light

In this cold world I see no hope
End it all now I want to sleep
Seperate myself from everyone
And take the final leap

Leave me to go
Do not cry for me
The pain is too great
You have to see

If you do one thing please understand
For me there is a better place
I have to go now
For this world I can no longer face.
