Letting Go

You can't hold on,
If he needs to walk away...
As hard as it is,
you can't beg him to stay...
You can't hold him down,
try as you may...
But sometimes life isn't easy,
and things just won't go your way.
So hold your head up,
be thankful and pray...
Rejoice for the times he gave you,
And remember...
if it's meant to be...
He'll come back for you some day...
