Our Master Waits Upon Us
By Carol Meeks
(Contact: carmks@excite.com)

There's a hidden
corner in each of us.
We can turn trouble
into truimph
or interlude
and ponder
and watch
our life unfold
as we drift
because we're prone to do.

We can deliver
the gold to our team
and rid ourselves
of heart-filled sorrow
when the brink of turbulence
has over-lapped our stamina.

What seems
as impossible circumstances
can be pruned like
a rose garden.

Our hearts become
but phototype plates;
the longer exposed
the deeper the image.
Troubled waters
won't reflect our
heart's impression
but the Master holds
us in His Hand
and leads us to heavenly gates.
