I am still young
And not yet mature.
I think about so much.
I'm confused and unsure.

Just hearing your words
Helps me get through the day.
All my sighs and worries
For the moment go away.

I look to you for answers,
What's wrong and what's right?
I've given you my trust
So please hold on tight.

The bumpy road of life
Has dragged me along,
But you lifted me up
And helped me feel strong.

Upon your open arms
I can always depend.
Thank you for caring
And for being my friend.
